Project Description
This project saw the ATB team complete the design & construction of a new workshop and two storey office facility for I S Systems. ATB Morton has a long standing & cherished history with IS Systems tracing back over two decades having designed and constructed their first facility and continuing this valued relationship for subsequent expansions and new facilities culminating in this latest modern manufacturing facility and office. The project included a modern electrical factory workshop with overhead cranes and a two storey office with secure testing environment, technical support facilities and expanded project management team offices to support I S Systems growing clean energy, defence and maritime projects.
Working with I S Systems, ATB was able to deliver on the projects key requirements consisting of electrical upgrades, security criteria and crane capacities to deliver a facility that can complement their existing neighbouring facility capabilities.
ATB Morton completed all development consents, building design, structural engineering and construction works to deliver a turnkey development ready for occupation and operations.
