ATB Morton was engaged to deliver a design and construct turn key development concept to permit the consolidation of Cougar Mining & AME from separate sites back onto one single operations site enabling greater collaboration and utilisation of resources while creating one central headquarters for the Cougar/AME business.
ATB Morton undertook concept design and presented multiple options to develop the optimum utilisation of the site ensuring a structured approach to the development was at the forefront to enable continued operations on the site throughout the construction phase with minimal impacts on existing site operations.
The final development consists of one new workshop to the rear of the site, one new workshop addition off an existing warehouse building along the eastern boundary culminating in a new two storey office with feature curtain wall glazing addressing the street scape befitting of this modern mining services company with over 20 years’ experience servicing the underground mining industry.
