Project Overview:
ATB Morton was selected to design and construct a regional Ford Dealership located in Cessnock, NSW. Our experienced team worked in close collaboration with the OEM (Original Equipment Manufacturer) to ensure building specifications and branding exceeded the customers’ expectations. The dealership is located on a main road with high traffic exposure and easy access for customers.
The project consisted of the construction of a 280m2 modern showroom facility including: two sales offices, amenities, vehicle service bays including hydraulic hoists, wash bay facilities, mezzanine office space and a 750m2 vehicle display hardstand. The development was designed to accommodate 22 vehicles in the most efficient manner possible.
A key feature of the development is the external cladding and glazing, involving the use of large single pane glass sliding doors, large highlight glazing and ACM (aluminium composite material) parapet panelling.
The development was an infill project, involving the demolition of an existing single story dwelling and detached garage.
