Project Overview:

ATB Morton completed the design and construction of a 588m2 facility for customer, 4Tel. This newly constructed facility, located in Warrabrook NSW will be the company’s central headquarters.

As a turnkey development, ATB Morton worked closely with the client to source the most suitable block of land. The land was preinstalled with upgraded power and communications infrastructure, supporting 4Tels technical requirements. The land sourced is in close proximity to the University of Newcastle, enabling the company to attract qualified employees and university graduates.

The turnkey development comprised of two main buildings:

Building 1: 428m2 modern corporate offices with large mezzanine, accommodating 30+ employees, 160m2 laboratory and 138m2 warehousing facilities
Building 2: 243m2 warehousing facilities

Through open and transparent communication, ATB Morton tailored the design of the development carefully to meet the operational requirements of the organisation. The facility includes comprehensive and carefully planned disability facilities enabling easy access throughout the building.

Features of the Development:

Front façade glazing, feature front awning, feature blade wall with graffiti, internal glazed walls, modern reception, boardroom, teleconferencing, staffroom facilities and extensive specialist server room capabilities.
